This site is a temporary one. It exists to share what we are baking and to take a limited number of order requests before our full online store opens. There is no checkout here and we never take a payment or store card details on this site.

Only what you type into the request form:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give us one
• Your delivery ZIP code
• Which box you want, how many, and when you need it
• Anything you write in the occasion or notes field
• Whether you ticked the box to hear from us about the full online store opening

We also record the date and time of the request and generate a reference code so we can find it again when we call you back.

We do not collect anything you have not typed in. No account, no password, no browsing history, no location beyond the ZIP you give us.

To answer your request. Your name and contact details let us confirm whether we can fit your box into the bake schedule and reply to you. The ZIP tells us whether you are inside our delivery area. The notes tell us about your occasion or an allergy we need to flag. Once we confirm, we use your email to send a payment link.

If you ticked the marketing box, we also use your email to tell you when the full online store opens and when new flavors are ready. That is the only marketing use, and it is entirely separate from answering your request. Untick the box and we still process the request exactly the same way.

Requests are stored in our own database, hosted for us by Replit. Our team reads them to fill your order. We send your acknowledgement email through Resend, which means Resend processes your name and email address in order to deliver it.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Nothing goes to a data broker, an advertising network, or a list. When the full online store opens, the requests we have collected move into our store and email systems so we can keep serving you, and this policy will be replaced with one covering those systems.

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no session tracking of any kind. Our fonts are served from this site, so loading a page here does not tell any other company that you visited. There are no third party requests at all.

We keep a request for as long as we need it to serve you, and then as long as we need it for our own records. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you are off the list. You can also email info@hunkychunky.com and ask, and we will take you off by hand.

Unsubscribing stops the marketing email. It does not stop us replying to a request you have already sent, because that reply is the thing you asked for.

Email info@hunkychunky.com from the address you used, or tell us the reference code from your acknowledgement email, and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold or to delete it. We handle these by hand and we will confirm when it is done.

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us a request, email us and we will delete it.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. When our full online store opens, this policy is replaced with one that covers the store and its systems.
